Human Capital Management Quality 2025
Based on the concept of regarding human resources as the most important management resource to improve our corporate value , as a company working to develop human resources and an internal environment , the Group was awarded the status of "Human Capital Management Quality," given to companies practicing excellent human capital management, in the "Human Capital Survey 2025" jointly conducted by the HR Technology Consortium and other organizations. 2026 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition
In March 2026, the Group was recognized as an outstanding organization under the "2026 Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program (large enterprise category)" by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, for strategically practicing health management by viewing employee health management from a management perspective. Platinum Kurumin Plus Certification
The Group has received "Platinum Kurumin" certification from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare as a company that provides superior support for childcare to its employees and a company that proactively supports its employees in balancing work and fertility treatment based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children. "Eruboshi" Certification
Awarded the highest 3rd level "Eruboshi" certification by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, as an excellent company under the Act on the Promotion of Female Participation and Career Advancement in the Workplace. (Joyo Bank: November 2017, Ashikaga Bank: October 2021)

CDP
In FY2025, CDP, an international environmental non-profit organization, gave the Group a "B" rating for the second time in a row for its efforts to reduce CO2 emissions and combat climate change across the Group.
